East Cheshire NHS Trust has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic associate practitioner to join our Urgent Community Response therapy team.
We welcome applications from motivated individuals with a keen interest in working within an integrated team, with proven experience in community rehabilitation or general in patient rehabilitation.
Hours per week: 37.5
We welcome applications from Graduate visa holders; it is important to note that you must have a minimum of 6 months before this expires at the start of your employment for training and operational reasons.

To work as part of a small therapy team providing a comprehensive, rehabilitation service for patients with a broad range of complex conditions.
You will be responsible for the delivery of therapy independently or jointly with the therapists in patients own homes.
To contribute to multidisciplinary team management.
To contribute to operational delivery and service development.
The community therapy service is operational over 7 days, from 8am-8pm. You may occasionally be required to work a variety of shift patterns across the 7 day service, to meet service need.
