NORTH is a fast-growing, creative, social-first marketing and communications agency based in London, specialising in beauty, fashion and lifestyle brands. Our work blends culture, creativity and community activating campaigns across influencer, communications, content and experiential in the UK and USA.

We're growing our in-house content division and looking for a
Social Content Coordinator & Editor
to join the team on a part time basis.

You'll have an editorial eye, a social-native brain, and a love for well-timed storytelling that translates into content. If you're intuitively creative and know how to make a 15-second cut feel cinematic and editorial, we want to hear from you.

THE ROLE:

You'll help build the social schedule, coordinate capture, and edit across NORTH's own channels and client projects. You'll sit across content production and social, working closely with the creative, influencer and brand teams to shape storytelling that feels fresh and relevant.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Own the weekly social posting schedule for NORTH's owned channels.
  • Develop creative concepts for NORTH and client brands across TikTok and Instagram, with a strong grasp of what performs on each platform.
  • Produce and edit social-first video (TikTok and Reels): team content, campaign highlights, BTS, event recaps and trend-led cuts with graphic editing beyond simple stitching.
  • Write engaging copy: hooks, captions and lightweight scripts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative and influencer teams to bring content to life.

MUST HAVES

  • Experience coordinating and editing content, with relevant examples/portfolio.
  • Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar) and the ability to adapt style per brand.
  • Fluency in TikTok and Instagram formats, with a deep understanding of what drives engagement.
  • Genuine interest in beauty, fashion and lifestyle culture.
  • An editorial eye and aesthetic sensibility craft content that performs

    looks considered.
  • Journalistic/storytelling instincts to build a narrative, not just an edit.
  • Familiarity with tools such as , Google Drive and Microsoft Office.
