CAM Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Ltd is a family business, working Nationally on a range of HVAC and refrigeration projects across a varied client base of contractors and end users.

We are seeking a confident and driven individual to join our team as Service & Projects Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a self motivated leader and is committed to delivering a high standard of service to our customers across the UK.

Qualifications or Required Experience

  • 5+ years industry knowledge or experience of working in a similar role

  • Experience using Joblogic or similar field service software

  • Effective time management and organisational skills

  • Strategic thinking and decision making

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Working directly alongside the Commercial Director

  • Assist in the Management of the service department, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency, cost effective budget planning, resolving issues and escalating challenges.

  • Efficient planning, organisation and assignment of tasks to the engineering team and sub-contractors for planned/reactive, maintenance and installations

  • Provide technical support and guidance within scope of works

  • Acting as the primary contact for clients and suppliers

  • Track the progress of works ensuring system workflows are updated and completed whilst meeting client SLA's and KPI's

  • Manage the Service Team to ensure effective scheduling and optimum first fix targets are achieved through stock parts management

  • Complete and submit RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) for works required

  • Approve internal and external costs ensuring profit margins are maintained monthly targets are met

  • Monitor, compile and follow through quotations for service, maintenance and small project works

  • Ensure parts, asset and Refcom registers are complete and updated in accordance with regulatory requirements

  • Take ownership of workload and work collaboratively within the whole team to achieve shared objectives

Remote evening and weekend support required.

Full time role; salary negotiable dependent on skills, experience and contracted hours; 24 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year dependant on skills and experience

*Expected start date can be flexible.
