Department Overview: Service & MaintenanceService and maintenance solutions include preventative and corrective maintenance, statutory inspections, and foundation upkeep. Focused on maximising turbine reliability and efficiency, ensuring compliance, minimising unplanned downtime, and extending asset lifespan through tailored maintenance strategies, expert troubleshooting, and specialised services.Role overviewThe Project Manager is accountable for end-to-end project execution, including financial performance and technician coordination. Responsible for managing time, cost, quality, and HSE compliance while ensuring that customer requirements are clearly defined, delivered, and verified. Maintains project schedules to support timely and successful delivery.Principal accountabilities Project Ownership and Execution:Manage customer projects from proposal to completion.Oversee engineering, procurement, HR (all parties involved in project).Develop and implement project plans covering scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk, and contractual terms.Coordinate activities between internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients.Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.Ensure efficient resource allocation and team performance.Control project costs, manage change orders, and ensure profitability.Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating deviations.Ensure all required project documentation is completed and compliant (handover materials, checklists, HSEQ documentation).Customer and Stakeholder Management:Act as main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Lead customer meetings including kick-offs, handovers, progress reviews, etc.Align internal teams on project requirements, deliverables, and resource needs.Sales and Tender SupportAssist with project management support during sales and tenders, including project planning, cost, time schedule and risk assessments, as well as required input and preparation of material to tender requirements and scope of workSupport due diligence on emerging risks and participate in business risk controlQualifications and ExperienceRelevant degree (e.g. Business, Engineering, Project Management) or equivalent commercial/technical experienceExperience managing projects, ideally in wind or a related technical industryFamiliarity with project tools (e.g. MS Project), ERP systems, and ExcelFluent in EnglishKey competencies Problem-solving skills, critical thinking and solution-oriented to ensure that projects are correctly specified and meet customer demands, and risk are managed effectivelyProject management skills, being able to effectively plan, forecast, track and manage projects from beginning to end within the agreed deliverables, costs and time as well as successful handoverPlanning and organsation skills, managing priorities and objectives and capable of handling several tasks at the same timeFlexible, autonomous and adaptable to changesCommunication skills, communicating with both internal and external stakeholders on project-related mattersStakeholder management, building and maintaining strong relationships with both external and external stakeholdersBusiness know-how and understanding of key business and financial driversHSE Responsibilities Stop work by challenging and stopping unsafe acts and behaviours or unsafe conditions.Comply with Standard Operating Procedures defined in Responsibilities above, and company STOP WORK system.All applicants are welcome to apply regardless of age, disability, gender, marital status, race, nationality, or ethnic origin, religion, or sexual orientation.
