We are currently seeking a Recruitment Branch Manager looking to advance their career in a leadership role within our Armagh Branch. This role offers the opportunity to lead an experienced team, with comprehensive support from the company to drive the branch's development and expansion. The successful candidate will bring their expertise and strategic vision to enhance operational effectiveness and business growth.

In this position, the Branch Manager will oversee a high-volume workforce, managing the placement of temporary workers across multiple business sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a branch with a focus on high-volume temporary recruitment in both the healthcare and general business sectors

  • Cultivate a high-performing culture, exceeding targets consistently

  • Enhance service quality for clients and candidates

  • Uphold standards with current clients for continued growth

  • Manage and participate in "on call" facility (paid additionally)

  • Recruit and select candidates to meet client needs

  • Foster team growth and mentorship, collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team

  • Collaborate on effective applicant attraction campaigns with the marketing team

  • Actively participate in internal staff recruitment and elevate standards

  • Conduct regular review meetings with staff for support and development

  • Monitor and communicate financial and activity targets

  • Craft a strategic business plan for the Armagh Branch in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team

  • Network with key clients to maximize business opportunities

Key Skills and Experience:

  • 4 years + Solid recruitment experience

  • Sales Focused and proven billing track record

  • People Management experience

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Focus and ability to meet performance expectations.

  • Proficiency in client relations and pursuing new business opportunities
