Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager located in Armagh. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing all front office operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing office administration tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include supervising front desk staff, coordinating with other departments, handling queries and complaints, and maintaining communication channels within the front office.
Qualifications
- Office Administration and Hotel Front Office management skills
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
