Malvern Tyres require a Tyre Technician to join the Yate depot on a full time basis.
The Role:
As a Tyre Technician your duties will include
Fitting and repairing tyres on cars and vans
Carrying out battery replacement training given,
Stock handling, including picking, accepting and checking deliveries and
general monitoring of stock levels,
Handling cash payments
Using our computer system to check for stock, log completed jobs and
generate customer invoices,
Liaising with customers and suppliers, delivering excellent customer service at
all times,
General 'housekeeping' of the depot
Benefits:
40 hour working week over 5 days (Saturday working on a rota with a day off
in the week),

Requirements:
We're looking for someone who is reliable, has a 'can do' attitude, excellent time
keeping and works well under pressure, multi-tasking to meet deadlines.
We need you to have:
A full UK driving licence
A positive and self-motivated attitude
The ability to work both as part of a team and independently
The ability to communicate in a professional but friendly and approachable
way
It would be great if you have:
Previous tyre fitting experience
Mechanical knowledge
Proven experience of delivering a high standard of customer service in a
previous role
A basic level of computer skills
Full training will be provided with opportunities to learn new skills throughout a career
