Global Operations & Automation Manager
with a strong analytical mindset and a love for order, structure, and efficiency.

Operations Director
and
Data Solutions Director
to identify opportunities for process improvement, operational excellence, and automation. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of

You will act as the operational heartbeat of global media delivery — ensuring that campaigns launch flawlessly, spends are tracked and managed accurately, and automation drives continuous improvement across all stages of campaign execution
Responsibilities
ABOUT THE WORK....
Campaign & Account Management
- Lead and coordinate multi-market media campaigns, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery across planning, activation, and reporting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Electrolux Marketing Operations, Central Media and Local teams market teams, providing regular communication on campaign progress
- Collaborate with planning and activation specialists to ensure that all media campaigns go live on time, support on tech troubleshooting coordination and ensuring content production partners have the right template and ad tech specs to produce content required for the campaigns
- Partner with channel leads, the central digital team, creative and production partners to develop and implement best practice frameworks that elevate operational standards and campaign performance
- Continuously review and optimise existing ways of working to drive efficiency, consistency, and smooth collaboration between global and local hubs
- Monitor campaign go-lives, ensuring accurate delivery and proactively resolving issues by obtaining the right resources or escalating to the Operations Director when needed
- Troubleshoot campaign activity that did not go live, engaging relevant specialists, logging issues, and developing corrective action plans to prevent reoccurrence
- Oversee and maintain the quality assurance process, including automated QA solutions (Capsure, Audit Pro)
- Track and report operational KPIs to monitor performance, accuracy, and overall delivery excellence
- Manage media plans spend collection from the planning teams, aggregation and storage for future use for reporting purposes. Ensure plans are reconciled on time and accurately
- Support financial governance processes by maintaining visibility of media budgets, POs, and reconciliations through automated dashboards and spend-tracking tools
- Be responsible for the competitive spend delivery to the client, ensuring accurate data downloads, validation, and visualization; analyse competitive data and deliver meaningful insights
Automation & Process Optimization
- Work with the Operations Director and Data Solutions Director to define and implement the global automation agenda
- Help define and deliver automation initiatives across digital activation, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Deploy relevant automation tools that drive operational efficiency, campaign accuracy, and process transparency
- Identify opportunities for workflow automation, data integration, and centralized reporting across markets
Drive Automation In Key Areas, Including
- Media Plan Creation & Management: Auto-populated templates and version tracking.
- Creative Delivery Sheet (CDS): Streamlined content validation, trafficking, and delivery updates
- Campaign Go-Live Status: Automated dashboards for readiness tracking and issue flagging
- Operational KPI Tracking: Automated performance measurement for speed, accuracy, and delivery quality
- Financial Governance: Automated PO tracking, reconciliation, and spend pacing alerts
- Competitive Analysis: Integration of Nielsen data for automated share-of-voice reporting
- Quality Assurance (QA): Use of automated validation tools such as Capsure to maintain high delivery standards
- Partner with analytics and data teams to integrate campaign and financial data into unified reporting systems
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio) to deliver the above automation
Qualifications
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED....
- Previous experience in media operations, analytics, or campaign management (preferably within a global media agency)
- Experience with digital buying platforms (Meta, YouTube, DV360, Google Ads, TikTok, Amazon Ads, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Creative Delivery workflows, trafficking, and campaign go-live management
- Skilled in project and campaign management, managing complex multi-market workflows and operational frameworks
- Proficiency in automation and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Apps Script, Zapier, Python)
- Strong experience in data structuring, cleaning, integration, and validation across platforms
- Proven ability to automate repetitive processes (media plans, QA, CDS, campaign go-live, financial governance)
- Excellent client servicing, communication, and stakeholder management skills across teams and regions
What Will Set You Apart
- Familiarity with SQL, BigQuery, or Snowflake for reporting automation
- Experience with Ad Intelligence tools (Nielsen AdEx,), media plans management tools (TukTuk, MediaTools/GuideLine, etc)
- Knowledge of AI-driven workflow automation or predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with automation pipelines and API integrations for campaign and reporting processes
- Experience or projects demonstrating problem-solving, automation, or process improvement
