Key accountabilities

​

Performance and progress in the following areas will be the priorities for this position:

  • Develop and implement strategic projects to support the growth of BSO with a particular focus on quality and international business
  • Influence and coordinate global stakeholders to collaborate on shared deliverables
  • Support Global BSO through project management, driving agreed projects to successful outcomes spanning operations, governance, go-to-market, technology and business development
  • Support adoption of global initiatives and influence change management within the BDO network
  • ​Communicate progress to stakeholders through regular reporting

​Qualifications and Experience

​

  • Experience with Business Services and Outsourcing (preferably including delivery to global clients) and good understanding of its services and operations
  • Project management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Problem solving mindset
  • Strategic thinking
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate senior stakeholders
