Our Digital Future is a top strategic priority at Heathrow: Continuous airport-wide business transformation, enabled by tech. This role, reporting to the Digital Transformation Director, will lead the implementation of the evolving strategic roadmap as the head of the digital future PMO (change) capability.
The role will work closely with peers leading IT, Data, and AI strategy to implement the prioritised Digital Future Roadmap, powered by technology, data, AI, people, new ways of working, and long-term cultural change. This function will coordinate project, programme, and change resources to enable digital product leads and tech delivery teams (across Data, AI, and IT) to deliver in an agile environment.
You will need experience delivering Agile-based solutions, both within software development and in driving continuous learning and improvement across a broader programme environment. Please note this role requires CTC clearance.
