Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, outspoken, and confident Sales Executive to join our team in Glasgow City Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys engaging with people, showcasing products, and driving sales in a lively shopping environment.
In this role, you will represent our brand within a shopping mall setting, delivering excellent customer service in a soft, friendly, and professional manner and inviting each customer to try our products. You will deliver clear demonstrations, explaining key features and benefits, and converting interest into sales — without the need for aggressive sales tactics.
About You
The ideal candidate is positive, confident, and approachable, ideally with experience in sales and a passion for working with people. However, experience is not mandatory — we value natural sales ability, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
We will assess this during an initial video call and trial days, after which successful candidates will receive full product and training to help them excel in the role.
As part of the position, you should be comfortable working both as part of a team and independently. After the trial period, you may be required to work on your own at certain times, so self-motivation and confidence are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Conduct interactive product demonstrations and presentations
- Clearly communicate product features and benefits to potential customers
- Convert interest into sales using a personable non-aggressive approach
- Work both collaboratively with your team and independently when required to achieve sales goals
What We Offer
- Excellent Earning Potential: Basic salary + Commission and Bonuses (£25,000 Starting salary with the potential to go up to £50,000)

The contract offered — whether full-time or part-time — will depend on individual performance during the trial period and ongoing brand needs. A minimum commitment of 3 days per week is required, with the potential to increase to 5 days per week.
A driving licence preferred but not mandatory.
The Interview Process
Our interview process consists of 4 steps:
- CV Screening – We'll review your application to ensure a good fit for the role.
- Video Call – If selected, we'll arrange a video call to discuss your experience and potential.
- Face-to-Face Interview – Successful candidates will be invited for an in-person interview.
- Training & Trial – After the interview, you will undergo training, where you'll have the chance to demonstrate your skills and learn on the job.
