The Video Content Creator & Editor will play a key role in communicating our brand, company work, impact, and our products to a variety of audiences. Reporting directly to the Marketing Lead, this role will collaborate across teams to bring our messaging to life through compelling video content. We are looking for someone passionate about creating high-quality B2B video content who will work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will lead the creation and editing of both short- and long-form video content for marketing campaigns, social media, product explainers, customer case studies, and more. This is a hands-on role where editing is core, but we're also looking for someone who can handle filming (interviews and b-roll) and ideally has experience with motion graphics.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Edit and produce high-quality video content for marketing, sales enablement, social media and products across multiple formats (short-form, long-form, vertical, landscape)
  • Storyboarding and developing narratives for videos based on briefs, concepts, and existing b-roll
  • Create motion graphics to bring information to life
  • Professional experience with transitions, text overlays to enhance videos, and bookends
  • Proficient in creative common licensing and royal free music, and music-to-video transition matching and fading.
  • Film basic content, such as interviews (virtual or in-person), presentations, internal team footage, and product walk-throughs
  • Manage production timelines from planning to post-production and stakeholder revisions
  • Maintain an organised video library and asset management system
  • Ensure all content is high quality and adheres to brand and visual identity guidelines
  • Collaborate across most teams marketing, sales, product, design teams, and C-suite
  • Other work as assigned

Essential Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

  • 3+ years professional video editing experience (ideally B2B, tech, and/or life science sector)
  • 2+ years of experience with SaaS or B2B product marketing
  • Strong video editing proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
  • Experience with tools like Figma or similar for video briefs
  • Ability to create and edit motion graphics and light animation
  • Knowledge of audio mixing, subtitling, or video localization
  • Experience with producing content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, or paid social video formats
  • Experience filming with basic camera setups or capturing screen footage
  • Good eye for pacing, transitions, and storytelling
  • Organized, self-starter with attention to detail
