Marketing Assistant
who lives at the intersection of
music, content, and AI
.

What You'll Do

  • Support day-to-day marketing campaigns across social, email, and community channels
  • Create short-form video content (Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts) using both traditional and AI-powered tools
  • Assist in planning and executing launches, partnerships, and artist collaboration rollouts
  • Use AI tools (Suno, Udio, Claude, ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney, etc.) to generate content ideas, assets, and prototypes
  • Help manage content calendars, posting schedules, and weekly analytics
  • Coordinate with artists, creators, and internal teams on content needs
  • Research trends across music, tech, and social media to feed creative direction
  • Support basic graphic design tasks (Canva, Adobe, Figma preferred)

You're a Great Fit If You…

  • Have experience in
    music
    , whether through a job, side project, content, or fandom
  • Are genuinely interested in
    AI tools
    and already use them for creative workflows
  • Have
    strong short-form video editing skills
    — absolute must
  • Understand music culture: pop, indie, K-pop, EDM, hip-hop, social trends, TikTok sounds, etc.
  • Are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
  • Have great communication skills and confidence managing multiple tasks at once
  • Bonus: experience running social ads, Discord communities, newsletters, or working directly with artists
