Typical Activities

Working in collaboration with internal stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Delivery, BD & Sales, Managed Services, and the CTO organisation, the Head of Service Products (Secure Mobility) will:

• Define and own the multi-year product vision, strategy and roadmap for PentenAmio's secure mobility managed services portfolio.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers across end-user, enterprise, and managed service product lines.
• Partner with technical, operational, and security teams to deliver mission-critical, assured mobility solutions.
• Engage directly with government and defence customers to understand operational challenges and future requirements.
• Drive product discovery, validation, and continuous improvement across existing and emerging services.
• Shape commercial propositions, balancing innovation, assurance, and long-term delivery sustainability.
• Oversee lifecycle management, performance, and accreditation of secure mobile devices, applications, and systems.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and success metrics, using data to inform strategic decisions.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally to align priorities and outcomes.
• Champion best practices in product management, building capability and a culture of empowered delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience (10+ years) in product management, with responsibility for multi-product or service portfolios.
• Demonstrated success leading product strategy and delivery within secure communications, defence, or cybersecurity.
• Strong technical fluency across hardware, software, and managed services.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-focused solutions and outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, service operations, and customer stakeholders in high-assurance environments.
• Skilled at balancing strategic planning with agile delivery and responsiveness.
• Strong leadership and mentoring ability, fostering collaboration and accountability across teams.
• Commercial acumen and experience developing value propositions and business cases.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and executive levels.
• Curious, adaptable, and motivated by delivering outcomes that protect people, data, and missions.

Desirable

• Background in secure mobility, encryption, or enterprise security architectures.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, ITIL, or service management frameworks.
• Understanding of UK Defence and National Security operating environments.
• Experience working with classified systems or accredited technology.
• Track record of developing and scaling product management maturity in complex organisations.

Qualifications & Eligibility

To be eligible for this position you must:

• Hold a degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related discipline, or have 10+ years equivalent professional experience; and,
• Be a British citizen; and
• Hold or be eligible for UK National Security Vetting (NSV) - SC minimum / DV preferred level clearance.
