Elite Touch Group Ltd are excited to be working with their well-established client, who are looking for a Paralegal to join their busy Conveyancing department, based at their Portsmouth Office.

The Role:

·       As a Paralegal in the Residential Conveyancing team, you will provide vital support to Fee Earners and contribute to the smooth running and continued growth of the department. Your responsibilities will include:

·       Compiling and sending out draft contract packs

·       Drafting documents such as AP1s and TR1sRequesting property searches

·       Liaising with HM Land Registry and managing SDLT submissions

·       Chasing outstanding enquiries and communicating with clients

·       Sending requisition statements

·       Assisting with freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and remortgages

What We're Looking For

We are seeking someone who is confident, organised, and driven, with at least 1 year of solid experience in Residential Conveyancing.

You will need to demonstrate:

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills

·       Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure

·       Familiarity with legal case management systems and online tools (e.g. SDLT submissions, Land Registry applications)

·       A client-focused mindset and a professional demeanour

·       Key Skills

·       Excellent attention to detail Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team

·       Positive, proactive attitude and enthusiasm for learning IT proficiency and adaptability

·       Commitment to ongoing training and personal development
