Overview:
RecQuest is working with a top-tier property team in the South of England, now looking to add a capable and detail-driven Paralegal to support their busy Plot Sales team in Southampton.
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing a high-volume caseload of plot sales transactions
Preparing and issuing contract packs
Handling enquiries and liaising with clients, agents, and lenders
Supporting exchanges and completions under supervision
Drafting completion statements and managing post-completion steps
What They're Looking For:
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively
Excellent attention to detail and IT proficiency
Previous experience in residential conveyancing or plot sales is a plus
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
