Are you passionate about customer service, hospitality, and specialty coffee?

We are looking for passionate and confident baristas to join our BRAND NEW central London site. You'll focus on coffee and customer interaction, providing a welcoming environment, a depth of coffee knowledge, and passion in every pour.

Your role may also involve support across food service, retail and events.

What You'll Be Doing:

Vibe setting (customer engagement): Greet every customer with friendliness, confidence, and warmth. You'll be the face of our business, helping to foster a welcoming atmosphere and build strong relationships with our customers. We're looking for personality and drive.

Coffee slinging (top quality specialty drinks service): Ensure that every cup meets our high standards for flavour, presentation, and consistency through rigorous quality checks. You'll bring a great understanding of, and passion for, specialty coffee whilst having opportunities to learn and lead.

Keeping things smooth (operations/ inventory management): Keep the coffee bar clean and hygienic, monitor stock checks and equipment maintenance, and ensure efficient workflow for you and your colleagues.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Proven experience as a barista working with specialty coffee. You must have coffee confidence and the ability to run the coffee bar solo when you're on shift. Experience in leadership/management within a dynamic environment would be a plus.

Coffee Expertise: Deep understanding of coffee brewing techniques, bean origins, and quality assessment, with an appreciation for specialty coffee roasting. Experience writing coffee recipes and/or leading cupping sessions would be a plus.

Hospitality Mindset and Positive Energy: Innate people skills with a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences, showing initiative, and fostering a strong sense of community.

Proactivity and Teamwork: Ability to lead and be led, whilst bringing your best to the work environment. Opening and closing the bar on time, keeping on top of all basic tasks, and showing initiative to keep operations smooth - bringing an eye for detail and pride in your work.
