Pricing Specialist

We're looking for a Pricing Specialist to join our expanding commercial team and play a key role in ensuring our pricing remains competitive, profitable, and strategically aligned with our goals.

This is a commercially focused and analytically driven position where you'll use data, market insight, and pricing tools to maximise sales, margin, and conversion. You'll take ownership of pricing processes across the business — balancing automation with hands-on pricing and continuous improvement.

Working closely with teams across Data, Development, and Marketing, you'll help shape pricing strategies, improve systems, and provide insights that influence business performance.

Pay starting from £30,000 however it is dependant on experience.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain pricing rules and structures to support business goals.

· Review and optimise to stay competitive and profitable.

· Analyse competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

· Use data insights to recommend changes that drive sales, margin, and conversion.

· Take ownership of improving pricing accuracy and automation.

· Support ongoing projects and share insights that influence business decisions.

· Maintain high standards of accuracy, communication, and teamwork.

Essential Skills

Essential Skills Required:

· Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar pricing, commercial, or data-focused role.

· Strong understanding of pricing strategies and data interpretation

· Strong analytical and numerical skills with great attention to detail.

· Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large data sets.

· Able to interpret data and turn it into clear, actionable insights.

· Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

· Commercial awareness and a passion for continuous improvement.

· Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable to change.

· Steady Working career to date

· Working on tender pricing and sales quotes is preferred.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
