We're looking for a
Pricing Specialist
to join our growing Commercial team — a key role that helps shape the profitability, competitiveness, and success of our business.

This is a hands-on, analytically driven role where you'll combine data, market insight, and pricing expertise to maximise sales, margin, and conversion. You'll take ownership of pricing processes across the business — driving automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Working closely with colleagues across Data, Development, and Marketing, you'll play a central part in developing pricing strategies, optimising systems, and delivering insights that directly influence business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimise pricing rules and structures to support business objectives.
• Regularly review and adjust pricing to remain competitive and profitable.
• Analyse competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations that drive performance.
• Take ownership of pricing accuracy, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support key commercial projects and share insights that inform business decisions.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, communication, and collaboration across teams.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year's experience in a pricing, commercial, or data-focused role.
• Solid understanding of pricing strategies and commercial dynamics.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.
• Ability to turn complex data into simple, actionable insights.
• Strong communicator and effective collaborator across teams.
• Commercially astute, proactive, and adaptable to change.
• Experience with tender pricing or sales quotes is an advantage.
• A stable and consistent career background.
