Broomsticks are an award-winning cleaning business and we are looking for a flexible and reliable person to join our established and elite team of cleaners to cover 3 of our commercial clients on weekends.

Not essential, but if you are flexible to help cover holiday leave and other absences during the week within our domestic housekeeping team as and when needed to, this would be advantageous.

This is a permanent 7.5 hour contract - however there is flexibility to split the work across the weekend to suit, as our clients are closed throughout.

Client one is in Sutton Valence and can be done anytime after 6pm on a Friday throughout the whole weekend

Client two is in Park Wood (4 miles from Sutton Valence) and can be done anytime after 6pm on a Friday throughout the whole weekend

Client three is in Charing and can be done anytime after 6pm on a Friday throughout the whole weekend

THIS WOULD SUIT SOMEONE WHO LIVES CENTRALLY BETWEEN CHARING AND MAIDSTONE.

As long as the work is completed to our expected high standards we are flexible on when you decide to work. All cleans MUST be completed before 4pm on Sundays.

As a cleaner at Broomsticks Housekeeping Services Ltd, your role will be to carry out domestic and / or commercial cleaning duties in a timely manner and to a high standard.

Exceeding client expectations at all times, and providing exemplary customer service – you will be an ambassador of our brand.

Working within our commercial cleaning team under the direction of the company director, your objective will be to execute meticulous cleaning duties as specified on individual property checklists.

Key duties could include, but are not limited to:

- Thorough dusting, polishing and de-cobwebbing, moving and cleaning all items

• Thorough washing and cleaning of sanitary fittings including toilets, plugs, tiles and all washroom furniture

• Thorough washing and cleaning of kitchen areas including cupboard fronts, sides, and appliances

• Thorough vacuuming of floors and skirting, moving light furniture where possible, and getting behind heavier furniture using vacuum attachments where necessary

• Floor cleaning, using mop and bucket rigorously to remove dirt and grime

• Cleaning of interior windows

This job requires a very good level of energy and fitness, a very keen eye for detail and proactive and positive approach.

We bring excellence to cleaning - and expect the highest standards and element of passion for delivering them from our team.

Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but not essential, full training of our methods and the use of our products and equipment will be given.

It's more important that you are reliable, a fast learner, hardworking and take pride in your work.

We require all applicants to drive, be confident in driving, and have their own car as we carry all the cleaning equipment to carry out the works (we will provide you with everything you will need).

We will pay a 20p per mile contribution towards all business mileage

Start date: ASAP
