Responsibilities

  • Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
  • Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Ensure that cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
  • Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
  • Follow established health and safety guidelines to promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
  • Valid driving licence is required for travel between locations.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to facilitate communication with clients and team members.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills to understand instructions and provide feedback effectively.
