The job
MSAB are now looking for a Field Service Engineer to our Reading office. You will provide onsite technical support services for MSAB customers. This means tech support and guidance for end-user devices, hardware component replacements, build and disassembly, software installations, upgrades and patches for example.

In this job you will frequently visit customers on-site at various locations and secure buildings. You will proactively monitor customer environment, diagnose and resolve escalated incidents and draw advantage from you competence in IT networks and server connectivity. Experience from law enforcement support services is desirable.

We are interested in knowing more about your technology competence, your ability to communicate and build relationships with customers as well as your drive to create results working independently. If you also have a structured way of working, having a professional manner when dealing with various customer shareholders. Then we would like to talk to you.

Requirements For This Position
You will be required to successfully pass minimum UK national security vetting processes, hold a current UK passport, UK driving license and a car. Also a UK working permit is required.
