Role Information

DUTIES

  • Manage and configure Salesforce platform (SalesCloud, MarketingCloud, SagePeople)
  • Create and maintain user accounts, roles, profiles, and permission sets
  • Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly
  • Perform regular data audits and deduplication
  • Import, export, and update data using tools like Data Loader or Data Import Wizard
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards
  • Develop and manage validation rules, process builder flows, and automation tools
  • Provide user support and troubleshoot issues
  • Conduct user training and create training materials
  • Working with stakeholders including Business Analysts to gather feedback and optimise existing processes through automation and improved configurations
  • Implement and maintain security controls, ensuring system complies with internal and external regulations (e.g., GDPR)
  • Customise objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and workflows
  • Coordinate with developers and other admins on change developments and deployments
  • Manage sandbox environments and support testing activities
  • Conduct your role in line with the company values and expected behaviours

  • Comply with the Safeguarding, Prevent and Health and Safety Policies and be vigilant to potential concerns and risks at all times
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Essentia Criteria

  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) preferred
  • Additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) are beneficial
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience
  • Ability to gather requirements, analyse business needs, and propose practical solutions
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and end-users
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Strong time management and documentation skills
