What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the annual pay and bonus review processes, including market data analysis.
  • Using your amazing analytical skills to provide data-driven insights to support effective decision-making.
  • Ensuring our reward data is maintained and validated, particularly ahead of bonus and salary review processes.
  • Providing data-driven recommendations on pay principles, bonus plans and other incentive programmes.
  • Compiling the annual salary survey submissions.
  • Leading on job evaluation and reward benchmarking.
  • Supporting the annual benefits renewal processes by providing robust data analysis and insights.
  • Carrying out any additional duties as and when required to ensure the smooth running of the Reward and HR service provision.

What You'll Have

  • Strong data management and analytical skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with demonstrated ability to create data models, templates and reports to provide easy to understand information data insights for variety of stakeholder.
  • Proven experience in role evaluation methodologies, ideally Willis Towers Watson and management of salary ranges/frameworks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Results-focused and comfortable to work at pace.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure to achieve deadlines.
