An experienced and motivated Estate Agency Sales Manager is required to lead a successful estate agency team in the Crawley area: A candidate who thrives at driving property sales, winning new instructions, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Our client, a respected and growing independent estate and lettings agency in Crawley, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead their residential sales operation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a motivated team, securing new instructions, and ensuring clients receive a high standard of service throughout the sales process.

This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious property professional with a strong track record in instruction winning, team leadership, and local market knowledge. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Winning new property instructions and expanding the branch's sales portfolio.
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating a high-performing sales team.
• Conducting valuations and advising clients on pricing and marketing strategy.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants.
• Generating new business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking.
• Monitoring local market trends and implementing strategies to grow revenue.
• Managing performance reporting and contributing to branch targets. 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven success in estate agency sales management or senior negotiation.
• Demonstrable ability to win instructions and close sales.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Confident, organised, and driven to exceed targets.
• Excellent telephone and client-facing sales skills.
• Professional, articulate, and customer-focused.
• Good local knowledge of Crawley and surrounding areas (advantageous).
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
