We are a technology-driven organisation and we are constantly innovating how we support our customers, teachers and franchisees.

Role Purpose

We're looking for someone who loves solving problems, spotting inefficiencies and turning great ideas into simple, automated solutions that help people do their best work.

Using the n8n automation platform and LLM, you'll design and manage intelligent workflows that connect systems, simplify everyday tasks and make life easier for teams across the business.

This is an ideal entry level role and perfect for someone who enjoys both technology, business processes and teamwork. You'll spend time understanding how people work, then build smart, automated processes that free them up to focus on what matters most.

  • Monitoring and maintaining existing automations to make sure everything runs smoothly

  • Documenting workflows clearly so others can understand and build on your work

  • Sharing knowledge and helping colleagues embrace new, smarter ways of working

Skills and Experience

  • Hands-on experience using n8n or similar workflow automation tools (e.g. Zapier)

  • Familiarity with LLMs and a practical understanding of how to integrate AI tools into

business workflows

  • A natural problem solver who enjoys understanding how things work and finding better ways

to do them

  • Confidence working with data, logic and simple scripting

  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technology in plain English

  • Curiosity, creativity and a genuine desire to help people work more efficiently

  • Organised, methodical and comfortable managing multiple projects at once

Nice to Have
