This would suit either an experienced Senior Accounts Assistant skilled in balance sheet or an ambitious accounts assistant who wants to upskill and secure study support with the aim of becoming a qualified accountant in the future.

The Senior Accounts assistant will assist across the finance function mainly but not restricted to the purchase ledger and month end processes.

  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Make decisions on items to be written-off, reconciled etc
  • Financial reporting
  • Accruals, prepayments and depreciation
  • Processing Purchase invoices
  • Manage accounts inbox
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Processing BACS payments
  • Handling supplier queries
