Night Receptionist

At Kimpton Fitzroy London we are looking for a Night Receptionist to join our team in Central London with an immediate start.

Our Night Receptionists support the Front Office Manager to ensure a guest is met with a genuine welcome and that their needs are attended to throughout their stay. We believe that a stay at Kimpton Fitzroy London is a laid-back and original luxury experience that offers guests the finer things without the fuss. As a Night Receptionist we will support you to:

• Be yourself - bringing the real you to work, with your unique personality we want you to be who you are
• Lead yourself – we trust you to make decisions and exert your creativity in order to provide our guests with heartfelt human connections, we trust you to do right
• Make it count – you matter, and we will provide you with all the tools you need in order to create ridiculously personalised experiences for our guests every day

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, and assist with inquiries.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.
• Promote IHG One Rewards and upsell rooms and F&B outlets.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and ensure smooth communication between shifts.
• Monitor security and adhere to hotel protocols.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and escalate when necessary.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous hotel reception experience (4- or 5-star experience preferred).
• Strong customer service skills and a proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with IT systems like Opera and Office 365.
• Excellent communication skills (English required; additional languages a plus).
• Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
