Role overview

We are looking for a Service Desk Analystto join our team in London. Reporting to our Service Delivery Team Leader, youwill provide 1st to 2nd line support to all Next 15 hosted and supportedbrands. 

This is a 5 day per week onsite role. You will be supporting users in the office at 60 Great Portland Street and remotely through email and telephone.

 As a Service Desk Analyst at Next15, you will:

  • Ensure ticket resolution within the IT SLA period.
  • Configure, deploy, troubleshoot, and support PCs and Macs to Next15 UK standards
  • Ensure all new joiners have their laptops configured and that inductions are held to a high standard
  • Document procedures, standards, best practices, configurations, settings, installation sequences, and rollback instructions.
  • Asset management, maintain accurate records of IT assets using internal tracking systems.
  • Conduct daily checks of meeting rooms, resolve any issues, and communicate with building services as necessary.

You will bring:

  • Technical skills with a thorough understanding of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
  • Excellent service approach with a passion for delivering outstanding support.
  • Logical reasoning and insightful approach.
  • Organisational skills and the ability to coordinate workloads.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management
  • Experience working in an IT service desk role
  • Experience in using Intune/JAMF
