We are accredited with the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) and emphasize the provision of an exceptional service standard.

Role Description

There are 2 roles, 1 Conveyancing Assistant and 1 Receptionist both based at our Holderness Road Office. For both roles at Jane Brooks Law, your role will involve supporting our solicitors with a variety of tasks including document drafting, file management, liaising with clients, carrying out searches, and general administration duties.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a conveyancing or legal environment, specifically in relation to property transactions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • A customer-focused attitude and experience of dealing with clients
  • A commitment to the provision of high-quality service standards in line with the ethos of the company
