You'll help clients find their perfect hires and guide talented professionals into roles where they can make a difference. And yes — you'll have fun doing it

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment for clean energy and infrastructure roles – from sourcing candidates to successful placement.

  • Build strong relationships with clients and candidates – act as a trusted partner, not just a recruiter.

  • Identify top talent, conduct screenings and interviews, and match them to the right opportunities.

  • Keep up-to-date on market trends, salary benchmarks, and the latest opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM.

  • Support business growth by spotting new opportunities and spreading the FindTalent magic.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 1-3 years of recruitment experience.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills – you enjoy connecting with people

  • Strong business development skills with a drive to hit targets.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment CRM systems.

  • Knowledge of the US clean energy and infrastructure market is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience recruiting technical or engineering roles in clean energy or infrastructure.

  • Existing network in the US clean energy and infrastructure sector.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively.
