An opportunity, Built for you

The Estimator position will join the Built UK team to produce estimates in line with the clients' requirements whilst identifying risks and opportunities in new projects.

Here's what a typical day might look like for you:

  • Maintaining relationships with existing subcontractors, consultants and internal stakeholders, building new relationships where required.
  • Completing work in accordance with Built's procedures whilst ensuring relevant information is obtained from client briefs.
  • Assessing documentation, splitting into trades and invitation to tender.
  • Assisting with the preparation of estimating programs to track and monitor progress.
  • Assist or lead post tender negotiations alongside Senior Estimator and Director.

  • Demonstrated experience as an Estimator, preferably with trad and new build exposure.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Has a problem-solving mindset and ability to think outside the box to offer innovative solutions.
