Intermediate Estimator - Main Contractor - Central London

A leading and well-established main contractor in London is seeking an Intermediate Estimator to join their expanding pre-construction team. This is a chance to work on high-profile, design-led projects while developing under highly experienced Senior Estimators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review tender docs, drawings & specifications
  • Prepare enquiry packages and quantified BoQs
  • Liaise with supply chain and manage tender queries
  • Produce detailed pricing schedules
  • Assess subcontractor returns for accuracy & risk
  • Prepare pricing notes for clear bid submission foundations

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years estimating experience, including tenders £4m+
  • Able to run smaller bids independently
  • Degree/qualification in QS or Estimating
  • Strong commercial, technical & analytical skills
  • Confident interpreting tender documents
  • Proficient with MS Office & estimating software (Conquest/Causeway/CCS)
