This is an opportunity to become a trusted technical leader, working with cutting-edge technology, global teams, and strategic enterprise customers to build solutions that push the boundaries of digital print and automation.
What you will be doing
- Lead Technical Design: Architect scalable, resilient workflow and production print solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Partner in Pre-Sales: Support sales teams with technical expertise, product demonstrations, and solution validation.
- Deliver Excellence: Oversee solution deployment, testing, and transition to operational support.
- Empower & Educate: Deliver training and knowledge transfer to Ricoh teams and customers across Europe.
- Drive Innovation: Influence Ricoh's product roadmap and bring new ideas to life through customer insights and technical feedback.
You will ideally have
- Proven experience in technical consultancy or solution architecture within production print or workflow automation.
- Expertise in Fiery Controllers, DFEs, and end-to-end print workflows (job submission, RIP, finishing, automation) Desirable.
- Strong background in server, networking, and virtualisation environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to influence both technical and business audiences.
- A passion for continuous learning and sharing knowledge.
- Willingness to travel across the Ricoh Europe geography.
