We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with proven success across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Email Marketing. You'll be responsible for driving online growth through smart, results-led campaigns that strengthen Hair Made Easi's position as a leader in the professional hair extension industry.

This part-time, onsite role is ideal for someone strategic and hands-on who loves turning data into performance. You'll work closely with our creative and social teams to deliver campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and sales.

What you'll be doing

· Creating, managing, and optimising Meta and Google Ads campaigns.

· Developing a data-driven marketing strategy that supports brand and sales goals.

· Managing email marketing campaigns and automations in Klaviyo, analysing engagement and conversions.

· Monitoring and reporting on key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, and CPA with actionable insights.

· Providing strategic direction while managing daily campaign delivery.

What we're looking for

· 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in beauty, hair, or e-commerce).

· Strong skills in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Klaviyo.

· Proven experience with budget management, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.

· A creative, analytical mindset with the ability to optimise for performance.

· Confident working independently and bringing ideas to the table.

· Passion for the hair industry or interest in learning it.
