As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Hilti, you'll be responsible for managing our exciting social media strategy and communities and driving and developing digital engagement across Hilti GB.
Our Head Office in Manchester is the home of our Northern European Hub for Marketing, so you will also have the opportunity to gain exposure across a number of specialisms. Training and development support will also be provided, so whether you’ve only been in the digital space for a couple of years, or are an experienced digital creative, looking to broaden your skillset, we’ll encourage and support you to develop yourself in a way that’s tailored to your individual needs.

**What does the role involve?**:
As a digital marketing specialist at Hilti, you will be responsible for managing our social media strategy and community management, owning engagement marketing workflows and driving digital adoption activities for GB.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing GB Digital Marketing channels, approach and roadmap
- Owning local Engagement Marketing Workflows & Leads
- Local execution of the social media strategy; Hilti Live, Influencer Marketing, Social Selling, Social Customer Service, User Generated content, Small Customer Approach
- Social Media Community Management for GB
- Optimisation of Digital Marketing approaches
- Leading on the production of local social media assets
- Acting as local SEO Specialist / Consultant
- Managing GB digital marketing campaigns
- Driving GB digital adoption through tactical activities and campaigns
