Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for Sheet Metal Worker on a 6 Month Rolling Contract, based in East Midlands.

Role Summary

As a Sheet Metal Worker you will be part of our small team who are responsible for fabrication of Haynes and Nymonic 75 components installed on to small gas turbines. You will be required to deliver fabrication of these components with access to on site jigs and carry out seam welding.

The ideal candidate would be someone who has a lot of experience in sheet metal fabrication, the candidate will report to the team leader of the workshop daily and ensure strong lines of communication are kept. The ideal candidate would be someone who can work within a team carrying out multiple procedures.

Requirements

  • Strong mechanical knowledge is essential
  • Be able to work to fine tolerance's when building components
  • Ability to read technical drawing and fabricate to requirements
  • A positive can-do approach xlqdzyr to work
  • Good timekeeping and attendance
  • Able to thrive in a team environment
  • A full UK driving license
