Based at our School of Medicine on the Chelmsford Campus, your priority will be providing mentorship and support to those medical students who have been referred to our Student Professionalism Committee. You will also work on the professionalism curriculum, developing and delivering professionalism teaching as required. Working with the School of Medicine OSCE Lead, you will also lead on the development and delivery of summative and formative OSCEs in years 4 and 5 of the MBChB programme.

As a clinician with a GMC licence to practice, you will have experience and understanding of the professional behaviours expected of medical students as outlined in the GMC Good Medical Practice guide. You will also have some experience at undergraduate HEI level of undergraduate clinical assessments and / or curriculum and the GMC requirements of clinical OSCEs.
