Learning disability Support Worker (Autism & Learning Disability) – Permanent Full-Time
Location: Chelmsford, Braintree, and Colchester
Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-Time)
Salary Range: £26,780 – £27,040 per annum (based on £12.86–£13.00/hour)

Role Overview
As a Specialist Community Support Worker, you will provide compassionate, tailored support to individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities in their own homes and community settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support with daily living activities (e.g., meal prep, medication)
- Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies
- Drive clients to appointments and social activities (Driving is essential)
- Collaborate with families and professionals to deliver cohesive care
- Maintain accurate records of care and progress
Essential Requirements
- Experience supporting individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities
- Driving license and access to a vehicle
- Flexibility to work early, late, and weekend shifts
