Your Role
  • Lead end-to-end test strategy for Finance & Actuarial Transformation.
  • Oversee SIT, UAT, OAT, regression, and data validation testing.
  • Coordinate across actuarial, finance, data, and IT teams.
  • Ensure alignment with IFRS17, regulatory, and statutory standards.
  • Manage testing across policy, claims, and financial platforms.
  • Drive non-functional testing: performance, controls, assurance.
  • Support go-live readiness and post-implementation validation.
  • Engage senior stakeholders to ensure delivery success.
Your Profile
  • 20+ years in QA/Quality Engineering with a technical foundation.
  • 10+ years in test delivery for complex transformation programmes.
  • Deep experience in Finance & Actuarial programme test management.
  • Strong insurance domain knowledge: claims, reserving, reporting.
  • Skilled in data platforms, ETL, and enterprise reporting tools.
  • Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Master's degree in a STEM field; UK-based.
  • Available to join within 1 month.
