Join us as our new Maintenance Planner & Scheduler
We're seeking a self-starter with strong planning, organization, and communication skills to join our Maintenance Flow team. As a Maintenance Planner & Scheduler, you'll use industry-leading techniques to coordinate the maintenance activities that empower our technicians to perform their work safely, efficiently, and with full clarity.
In this role you'll make an impact by:
- Reviewing and processing incoming work order notifications by validating priority and content with the production technical coordinator.
- Developing job scope plans and requirements for maintenance work, using SAP (i.e., work steps, materials required, permits required).
- Confirming material availability and arranging the necessary special support equipment (i.e., contractors, cranes, etc.).
- Forecasting future resource requirements based on work backlog.
- Preparing weekly & daily work schedules by working closely with the production schedule, production technical coordinator, and contractors. Facilitating daily and/or weekly scheduling meetings with all key stakeholders.
- Generating a complete 14-day draft schedule (one week fixed, second week tentative) and reviewing with operations to ensure available trades hours and asset availability.
To succeed you must hold:
- HS diploma or equivalent with 5 years maintenance and/or planner experience (or similar)
- Excellent computer skills with preferred experience using SAP-PM (Plant Maintenance) or similar software.
- Physical ability to move about the production facility including climbing stairs & ladders and using PPE such as but not limited to hard hat, safety glasses, ear protection, and respirator.
Location: Blair, NE (On-site)

Expected Salary Range: $65k to $80k
