Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Are you an experienced Payroll Specialist looking for a unique opportunity that offers flexibility and a great work-life balance? Our client – a successful and growing organisation that has recently increased their global headcount – is seeking a dedicated payroll professional to join their team.
The Role:
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of monthly payrolls, maintaining compliance with all relevant legislation, and supporting the integration of the newly acquired business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payrolls accurately and on time for both UK and global teams
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and legislative requirements (tax, NI, deductions, etc.)
- Maintain and update employee payroll records
- Assist with payroll reconciliations and reporting
- Support the transition and integration of the new global payroll function
- Liaise with HR, Finance, and external providers as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll queries
About You:
- Previous experience in payroll processing (multi-country experience advantageous)
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Willingness to attend training in-office and participate in regular anchor days
