Salary: £ per annum plus £300 monthly bonus OTE

Location: Membury, RG17 7RZ ( 40 hours a week worked between Monday to Friday, 8 am– 6pm)

You'll work closely with a friendly team to keep our warehouse running smoothly and help deliver an exceptional service to our customers.

As part of the team, you'll:


• Ensure accuracy in all tasks, maintain strong stock integrity through good working practices and support the wider operation by completing reasonable duties across departments.


• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and comply with Health & Safety requirements, reporting any hazards, incident, accidents or near misses.


• Complete both in person and online training sessions and consistently demonstrate the Exertis core values.


• Actively participate in comm cells to identify performance barriers and suggest opportunities for improvement.
