**Our client based in Hungerford are looking to hire an experienced Warehouse Team Leader. This is a temporary to permanent position with the opportunity to start immediately.**

**Hours of Work**:

- 06:00am to 14:00pm
- Monday to Friday

**Salary**:

- £13.00 per hour

**Responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:

- Understanding the wider business objectives and in line with this, looking for ways in which to reduce cost, improve service and efficiency.
- Investigating any service or operational failures to ensure they are understood and prevented in future.
- Leading the way in terms of best practice regarding safety and ensuring your team understand the importance of being safe in the workplace at all times.
- Evaluate the performance of staff and provide constructive and clear feedback to aid in personal & professional development.
- Daily Management of the Warehouse Team work allocation to ensure completion of the Daily Plan.
- Loading and unloading of vehicles, checking paperwork and quality of products.
- Correct receipt and booking in of deliveries.
- Movement and storage of finished goods to ensure FIFO is maintained.
- Housekeeping and hygiene of Warehouse and external yard area.
- Conduct shift handovers and Team meetings daily.
- Identify any issues and lead problem solving.
- Escalate any Issues or outstanding items that cannot be resolved.
- Health & Safety of Warehouse Staff, other Employees, Contractors and Visitors.

**Requirements**:

- A team player who can work cross functionally to achieve success.
- A confident communicator.
- Ambitious and driven to continuously develop.
- Must have FLT Licence.
- Full, Clean UK Licence is recommended due to location.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: From £13.00 per hour
