WHAT YOU'LL BE UP TO
EXPERIENTIAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Drive impactful experiential initiatives, from campaigns to roadshows and incentives, bringing brand products to life.
Deliver sharp, concise project briefings that align teams and clarify responsibilities across stakeholders.
Collaborate seamlessly with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure flawless project execution.
CLIENT SERVICE
Act as a trusted ambassador for the business, serving as the essential link between clients and internal teams. Maintain transparency and alignment throughout project lifecycles by providing regular updates and clear communication. Build strong relationships by actively listening, asking the right questions, and consistently delivering on commitments. Be the reliable go-to contact, confidently resolving issues with professionalism and ensuring a seamless client experience.
COMMERCIAL EXCELLENCE
Track and monitor budgets to maintain outstanding financial management.
Ensure all commercial activities align with budgetary and efficiency targets.
Monitor key performance indicators, sharing insights and best practices to drive project success
INFLUENCE & INSPIRE
Identify opportunities and propose solutions during stakeholder meetings.
Foster strong relationships across internal teams, ensuring top-tier service delivery and continuous process improvements.
Manage and motivate direct reports to achieve performance goals, adhering to established processes and policies.

- You're a confident, proactive problem-solver with a knack for organisation and collaboration
- You're experienced in creating concepts from ideation through to execution
- You're experienced in account management and project management, ideally within experiential marketing.
- You've got strong commercial awareness and critical thinking skills.
- You're organised with ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- You're an excellent communicator with experience leading meetings across all levels of an organisation.
- You're experienced in building and maintaining effective relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
- You've got strong IT proficiency, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- You're experienced in budget tracking and financial management
- You're a creative, with a hands-on, and adaptable approach to problem-solving and idea generation.
- You're passionate about retail and technology, combined with a proactive and forward-thinking mindset
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
- Competitive Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 Per Annum
