Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled React Technical Lead to drive the design and development of

modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in , leadership

capabilities, and experience working in onshore client environments. You will lead a team of

developers, ensure best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
∙Lead the development of React-based applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and

maintainability.

∙Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend teams, and business analysts to translate

requirements into technical solutions.

∙Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design patterns for front-end

development.

∙Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance.

∙Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.

∙Work closely with onshore/offshore teams and manage client interactions effectively.

∙Ensure compliance with security standards and accessibility guidelines.

∙Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical roadmaps.

Required Skills & Qualifications
∙6–8 years of experience in front-end development, with at least 3+ years in

∙Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.

∙Experience with Redux, React Hooks, and Context API.

∙Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.

∙Hands-on experience with Webpack, Babel, and modern build tools.

∙Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).

∙Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

∙Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to manage client expectations.

∙Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

∙Knowledge of , , or Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

∙Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

∙Understanding of performance optimization techniques for large-scale apps.
