We are seeking a highly skilled
React Technical Lead
to drive the design and development of modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

, leadership capabilities, and experience working in onshore client environments. You will lead a team of developers, ensure best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Work Mode
: Initially work from office as per client requirement (atleast 2 to 3 days a week) with remote work possibility later

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of
    React-based applications
    , ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with
    UX/UI designers
    ,
    backend teams
    , and
    business analysts
    to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Define and enforce
    coding standards
    ,
    best practices
    , and
    design patterns
    for front-end development.
  • Perform
    code reviews
    , mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Work closely with
    onshore/offshore teams
    and manage client interactions effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with
    security standards
    and
    accessibility guidelines
    .
  • Participate in
    architecture discussions
    and contribute to technical roadmaps.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6–8 years
    of experience in front-end development, with at least
    3+ years in
    .
  • Strong proficiency in
    JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
    , and
    TypeScript
    .
  • Experience with
    Redux
    ,
    React Hooks
    , and
    Context API
    .
  • Familiarity with
    RESTful APIs
    ,
    GraphQL
    , and
    microservices architecture
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Webpack
    ,
    Babel
    , and
    modern build tools
    .
  • Knowledge of
    unit testing frameworks
    (Jest, React Testing Library).
  • Exposure to
    CI/CD pipelines
    and
    DevOps practices
    .
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to manage client expectations.
  • Experience in
    Agile/Scrum methodologies
    .
  • Knowledge of
