ROLE OVERVIEW

The post holder will be a key member of the Stafford House International and Central Marketing teams. We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and passionate marketing professional, who thrives working in a team and collaborating with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders. The post holder is expected to develop expertise on all Stafford House courses and create compelling campaigns to communicate the unique offering of our courses, facilities and staff expertise. Building strong relationships with academic and sales staff, senior leadership and students is a key responsibility of this role. The post holder will be an engaging storyteller, through blog posts, social media and traditional marketing materials, to convey to internal and external stakeholders the unique experience of studying at Stafford House International and Stafford House Study Holidays.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Stakeholder Management


•Collaborate with the global sales team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing


•Communicate to the sales team new content and products


•Engage key stakeholders to find and create rich stories and content


•Engage staff and students in storytelling and content creation


•Work closely with the General Manager and Academic Leadership Teams to ensure alignment between schools and marketing


•Engage sales and school leads to develop and refine the annual marketing cycle for Stafford House International and Stafford House Study Holidays

Campaign Management & Research


•Implement marketing activity centred around key dates throughout annual cycle


•Plan and create engaging content, from blog posts, social media content, videos, student testimonials, etc.


•Plan and create high quality social media content and campaigns


•Deliver compelling campaigns to articulate and demonstrate the USPs of the schools and programmes, in a variety of overseas markets


•Develop and manage PR and social- media centric campaigns


•Manage the production of the annual marketing assets


•Review and update the SH International website


•Collaborate with the design team to deliver high quality print and digital materials


•Build and monitor email campaigns


•Proficient in using InDesign and Photoshop templates for social media, email campaigns,

etc


•Strong market research skills, including conducting competitor research and moderating focus groups

PERSON SPECIFICATION


•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills: The post holder will be required to present and communicate with stakeholders whose first language is not English, engage with agents, students, parents, sales teams and academic teams at all levels of seniority. The ability to speak and write to a high standard is crucial. The post holder will have to present new products and write engaging copy, via compelling storytelling, for various marketing channels.


•Proficiency in digital marketing strategies. The post holder will be passionate about working with new media and using technology to maximise impact of marketing campaigns.


•Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, thriving working in a fast paced environment.


•Collaborative skills. The post holder will have to collaborate with multiple teams across the Group. They will need excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. A natural team player who is inquisitive and helpful and is passionate about collaborating within their immediate team and the wider organisation.


•Research skills - it will be crucial for the post holder to have insight into customer needs and experiences. Analysis of data, surveys and customer interviews will be part of this, and we are seeking an individual who is well equipped with these techniques.


•Technical skills. Essential knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Canva and other design tools.
