Working closely with the Foundation, the Office of Inclusion & Community is the engine that drives the philanthropic culture and strong sense of community among the employees of Point72, a global asset management company.
What you'll do
As a member of the International Inclusion & Community team, you will play a critical role in advancing an inclusion framework. Specifically, you will:
- Champion our brand of inclusion and community by fostering programs and partnerships that demonstrate our values internally and externally.
- Oversee international inclusion and community initiatives, planning and executing volunteer and sponsorship events across offices to encourage meaningful employee participation and local impact.
- Assist in the administration of the firmwide annual employee engagement survey.
- Work closely with our international ambassadors who assist with events.
- Support and elevate international Affinity Groups, collaborating with leaders to design impactful programming, events, and engagement opportunities aligned with our values.
- Serve as a connector and collaborator with business partners across the firm on inclusion and community initiatives.
- Measure and report on impact, ensuring programs meet objectives, deliver value, and evolve based on feedback and results.
What's Required
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a corporate environment
- Excellent project management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Results-oriented with ability to manage multiple complex, time-sensitive projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated client focus
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential information and exercise sound judgment and risk management
- Occasional international travel to other offices
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards
