The Inclusive Futures (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) Team are culture change, wellbeing and inclusion specialists. We provide central strategy, advice and support services to all the UK disciplines to drive a diverse and inclusive culture. Our services include thought leadership, bringing market insights and ideas into the organisation, supporting the business on innovative change initiatives and projects, developing communications, training and best practices in diversity and inclusion.

Supporting the business in driving progress towards our Inclusion & Wellbeing objectives, through planned initiatives and activities with the Inclusive Futures Steering Group, employee networks, , HR and CSR communities. Responsibilities will include ensuring the submission of high-quality entries for Inclusion & Wellbeing awards, certification and benchmarking.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role
  • Provide high-quality bid responses that demonstrate Capgemini is an inclusive and diverse place to work.
  • Complete submissions such as Times Top 50 Employers for Women, Global Disability Index, and the Great Place to Work.
  • Annual external reporting requirements such as the Gender Pay Gap Report, Internal Ethnicity Pay Gap Analysis, input into the Capgemini UK CSR Report, Cabinet Office supplier reviews.
  • Work with the Talent team to review and update performance and development tools, ensuring they promote fair and inclusive progression for all employees.
  • Connect, own and support our and Multi-generational Age Inclusion employee networks to increase their membership and impact in the UK – support the chairs and executive sponsors, input into internal and external events, linking in with global CSR and Inclusion & Wellbeing teams.
  • Work closely with external partners WB Directors and the L&D teams to deliver our Inclusion on Boards programme, supporting team members to gain external non-exec director roles, and transferable skills to support progression in work.
  • Liaise with external inclusion and diversity partners to ensure market insights are gained, external brand enhanced, and business benefit delivered for the partnerships (e.g., Business in the Community, 55 Redefined).
  • Run monthly business reviews with HR leads to track progress towards Inclusion and Wellbeing priorities including female representation KPIs for UK Board and business updates.
  • Coach and advise HR and senior leadership on Inclusion & Wellbeing related risks and opportunities and work with them to drive understanding, commitment to and action around initiatives from frontline managers.
  • Develop and deliver education to improve awareness and understanding of Inclusive Futures.

Your skills and experience
  • Excellent written communication skills for bid submissions, internal articles, external blogs and external diversity award and benchmarking submissions.
  • Excellent analytical skills, data management and attention to detail. You must be an experienced user of Excel and HR Databases.
  • Interest in inclusion as a topic – going beyond diversity, to inspire others to engage and act in an inclusive way.
  • Ability to work independently as part of geographically spread team.
  • Experience of working in projects either as a team member or preferably small to medium project management experience.
  • Ability to build strong cross-organisation relationships and influence.
Your security clearance

To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.

There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.

There are other criteria and check required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
